This policy outlines the terms for individual clients using our hosted SaaS platform. The system is fully managed and maintained on our secured infrastructure and is provided under an active subscription license. Access to the platform, support services, and included integrations are granted only while the license remains valid and in good standing. This license is intended for end-users and business operators, not agencies or developers, and does not include source code access.
1. Hosting Environment
The platform is hosted on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
All servers, data storage, and system configurations are managed within our controlled AWS environment. Direct server access, root access, or backend access is not provided to individual license holders.
An active license is required at all times to maintain system access.
Clients have full operational rights within their licensed instance, including:
- Unlimited internal users
- Role-based access control
- Permission management across departments
User access and role configuration are fully controlled by the client within the system interface.
2. Included With Your License
The following are included as part of your active subscription:

- Access to the official ticketing system
- Guidance on how to use features

Support is limited to system usage guidance only.
3. Not Included
The following services are not included in standard support:
- Advanced SMS integrations
- Call system integrations
- Installation of custom plugins
- Custom plugin configuration
- Custom feature development
- Third-party advanced integrations
- Workflow modifications
- Design or UI customizations
4. Customization & Development
All custom work falls under paid development services at:
$65 per hour
Work is performed only after written approval of the time estimate.
5. Important Clarification
- Support does not include customization.
- Customization does not include code ownership.
- All enhancements remain part of the hosted environment.
