Client SMS

Note: This plugin is an add-on for iTech CRM and requires at least version 3.0.0. iTech CRM Chat is built using PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery and leverages the Pusher API for real-time communication. Unlike traditional chat systems, it uses WebSockets for a faster, more efficient experience, eliminating server slowdowns.

The SMS Manager plugin extends iTech CRM’s default functionality for sending SMS to clients. This plugin uses the default-enabled SMS gateways provided by iTech CRM. You can check for available SMS gateways from Setup -> Settings -> SMS.

With the Add-on SMS Manager, you can create new SMS triggers that will be sent automatically to clients. You can also save custom SMS templates for future use. Admins or staff can send multiple custom SMS manually or schedule them for future delivery to clients, leads, and staff members.
