The Status Customizer plugin will boost your productivity with many awesome features. With this plugin, you will no longer need to edit iTech CRM’s source code to create, edit, or delete custom tasks statuses or project statuses – you will get full control over them.

Key Features:

Create and Edit Custom Statuses: Create new custom task and project statuses and edit iTech CRM’s core task statuses.
Change Status Order and Color: Change the order and color of all task and project statuses (core and custom).
Manage Status Dependencies: Create task and project status dependencies (e.g., task status “In Progress” can only be changed to “Awaiting Feedback”).
Restrict Status Access: Make tasks with certain task statuses available only for certain employees by marking any task status as hidden for any personnel member you want.

How Does it Work? After installing the module, you will see a new tab in the SETUP section of the Admin Panel. All your existing task statuses will be visible in this tab (all core statuses and all custom statuses added through the standard my_function_helper.php file in the source code). You can create new task or project statuses, edit existing ones, and delete any custom task or project statuses.
