1. License Grant
iTech CRM grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the iTech CRM platform.
This license allows authorized users within the client’s organization to operate the platform for internal business purposes only.
The license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, system architecture, or proprietary technologies.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of iTech CRM.
2. License Scope
The scope of the license includes:
• Access to the iTech CRM application environment
• Authorized user access through assigned credentials
• Standard platform functionality according to the selected service plan
• System updates and maintenance performed by iTech CRM
Licenses are granted for use of the service, not for ownership or distribution of the software.
3. License Restrictions
Clients and users may not:
• Copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access proprietary source code
• Modify system components without authorization
• Attempt to bypass licensing or security mechanisms
• Provide platform access to unauthorized third parties
Any attempt to circumvent licensing controls may result in license suspension or termination.
4. License Activation
Access to the platform requires an active and valid license.
Licenses may be activated through:
• Subscription plans
• Approved enterprise agreements
• Authorized licensing partners
• Official iTech CRM onboarding procedures
Systems without an active license may be placed in Activation Required status.
5. License Ownership
The iTech CRM platform, including its architecture, codebase, proprietary enhancements, and system framework, remains the intellectual property of iTech CRM.
Clients receive permission to use the software, but do not obtain ownership of:
• Software code
• Platform architecture
• System frameworks
• Proprietary enhancements
• Platform infrastructure
6. Third-Party Infrastructure
Some deployments may involve infrastructure managed by the client or external service providers, including but not limited to:
• AWS
• Cloudflare
• External storage services
• Third-party integrations
iTech CRM does not control these environments unless contracted to do so.
Licensing of the iTech CRM platform remains separate from third-party infrastructure management.
7. License Termination
A license may be terminated under the following circumstances:
• Expiration of subscription or service agreement
• Failure to comply with licensing policies
• Unauthorized system modifications
• Violation of platform usage rules
Upon termination, platform access may be restricted or disabled in accordance with iTech CRM operational policies.
8. Data Access and Exit
Clients requesting access to their data during termination must follow the procedures defined in the:

• Available data export formats
• Data release procedures

• Off-boarding responsibilities
