2. Software Licensing & Subscriptions
iTech CRM provides access to a licensed software platform.
Once a license or subscription has been activated, all payments are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel future renewals at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
3. Setup, Configuration & Professional Services
Fees related to the following services are non-refundable once work has begun:
• System setup or onboarding
• Platform configuration
• Custom development
• Data migration
• Technical consulting
• System integrations
These services involve technical labor and resources that cannot be reversed once delivered.
4. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party providers such as hosting platforms, infrastructure services, or integration tools (including but not limited to AWS, Cloudflare, or other providers).
Payments made to third-party providers are subject to their own policies and cannot be refunded by iTech CRM.
5. Billing Errors
If a client believes a billing error has occurred, they must notify iTech CRM within 7 days of the transaction date.
Verified billing errors may be corrected at the discretion of iTech CRM.
